Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Jedes Apartment ist neu ausgestattet. Der Küchenblock bietet einen Kühlschrank, ein Kochfeld, einen Geschirrspüler, Kochutensilien etc. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt direkt an und wir hatten Bedacht, dass wir das Bad mit Dusche und WC geschmackvoll einfügen. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, da man in Bahnhofsnähe ist und die Stadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der Blick aufs Kitzbüheler Horn und die Grasberge sind ein Bonus.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
