The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Each apartment is newly equipped. The kitchen block offers a fridge, a hob, a dishwasher, cooking utensils etc. The bedroom is directly adjacent and we had thought that we would add the bathroom with shower and toilet tastefully. The property is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance of the city. In close proximity there are various grocery stores. The view of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Grasberge are a bonus.

House Krunegg

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Hauser vacation home

When you look out from your apartment directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole vacation day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun sets behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight spreads, you loosen your muscles.
