On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.
