The accommodation offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, and a kitchen, lounge with fireplace, billiard room and separate toilet on the ground floor.

Discover the nearby summer toboggan run with climbing forest, in summer the outdoor pool and the reservoir with unique hiking trails. Perfect for relaxation and adventure in nature. A trampoline is also available for the children.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.
