Lütt Uttied in Jever - einer wunderschönen Kleinstadt im Landkreis Friesland. Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung (25qm) bietet Platz für bis zu zwei Personen und liegt im Hintergebäude eines charimatischen Altbaus. "Lütt Uttied" ist zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, aber dennoch herrlich ruhig . Für einen Abstecher an die Nordsee lohnt eine Radtour (ca. 15 km) durchs Hookstief in den kleinen Küstenort Hooksiel.

In particular, the spacious wooden terrace, which can be reached via several floor-to-ceiling doors, is equipped with comfortable furniture.

Apartment in the heart of Jever - North Sea

Our apartment is fully equipped and located in the heart of Jever. Your four-legged friends are welcome here. A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Attractions such as our brewery and our castle, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.

Apartment Herzallerliebst

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom is a quiet retreat with a double bed and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with box-spring bed and second bed in the gallery offers flexibility. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are of course provided. Balcony and garden also create space to relax.

Frisian granary at Jochenshof

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

Surrounded by a park-like garden with old trees, a cottage garden and a meadow, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex, the newly renovated double room is in a maritime style overlooking the forest.

Cozy little cottage in the Frisian countryside near the North Sea on an old farmstead. Located directly on the Hookstief (small canal), surrounded by greenery, a perfect place to slow down and unwind. Flooded with light and individual, a peaceful place of residence awaits you in a large farm garden. Beautiful starting point also for coastal and Frisian tours by bike.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

Moorlandsblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentrumsnah und doch am Rande der Stadt mit Blick ins Moorland (Obergeschoss). Zum Bahnhof sind es 750 m und zum Schloss 1000 m. Das Moorland ist sozusagen vor der Haustür und lädt zum Wandern und Joggen ein. Babybett (auf Anfrage), Wickelkommode und Babybadewanne sind verfügbar.

"To Hus" apartment on the outskirts of Jever

Home away from home....that is the motto of this apartment...arrive and feel good... The apartment is on two floors...in the basement there is a small cozy living room, a bedroom with a 1.60 m box spring bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. A staircase leads up to another 35 square meter bedroom.
