Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Apartment on the Baltic Sea beach

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Enjoy your time out by the sea with the whole family in this stylish and quiet terraced house on two floors with a fireplace. There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

A high-quality furnished, 60 sqm apartment with a sunny, sheltered terrace from 2017 awaits you. Baltic Sea beach 100 m away. The modern apartment offers a large living/dining area with an open kitchen. In the separate bedroom you sleep in a double bed. The cozy sofa bed offers additional sleeping places. The spacious full bathroom with tub, shower, underfloor heating and separate toilet in a modern look leaves nothing to be desired.

Modernized open and airy apartment with stunning views over Kiel Bay, located right by the Kiel Schilksee Marina. The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

Beautiful apartment on Schönberger beach (about 30 km from Kiel). Right on the beach in the 1st row on the dike. All rooms have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Our vacation home in Schönberg (California district) is in a very quiet location on a 500 m² property and is only 200 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.
