Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Apartment on a horse farm in a quiet location. The bright, cozy apartment was completed at the end of 2018. Bringing horses and riding lessons on company horses is possible by telephone arrangement. The surroundings invite you to walk or cycle. Bicycles are provided. In the farm there is a children's playground.
