The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer (1xDoppelbett, 2xEinzelbett, 2xZustellbett). Der helle Wohnbereich mit großem Esstisch und Sofa lädt zum Ausspannen ein. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - zum Kochen in kleiner oder größerer Runde. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Zugang zum Garten.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven.

Here you will find numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Hiking in the Alps, a boat trip on Lake Constance or a bike tour through the Allgäu. The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

A new wooden floor and the beautiful white furniture give the room a very special charm and a great atmosphere. In addition to a 1.40 m bed, wardrobe, sideboard, table and TV, there is a small bathroom (daylight) with shower and toilet. There is no kitchen. The room has Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
