Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

Welcome to our vacation bungalow with a feel-good atmosphere. Relax in the garden and on the large terrace while sunbathing and barbecuing. On cold days, the Swedish stove, the large kitchen with dining table and the cozy living room with TV offer you nice hours. Even in winter, our terrace offers a sheltered sunny spot. There are many leisure activities in every season: biking, hiking, swimming, canyoning, archery, pony riding, skywalk, skiing, snowshoeing

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Bright, cozy and spacious non-smoking room for 1-2 people in the traditional Allgäu shingle house. A new wooden floor and the beautiful white furniture give the room a very special charm and a great atmosphere. In addition to a 1.40 m bed, wardrobe, sideboard, table and TV, there is a small bathroom (daylight) with shower and toilet. There is no kitchen. The room has Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Rosenalm resort. An elevator is provided and you can reach the apartment at ground level. The apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The room is equipped with a box spring bed, bed linen and towels, flat-screen TV with access to Prime Video free Wi-Fi. Spa and wellness, sauna and an indoor pool free of charge.
