Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, sink and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
