Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.
