The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
