Great quiet place with a stunning view, just as described. Everything was prepared already when we arrived and Robin was very responsive when we had questions.

Let your soul wander and do so in absolute privacy. Here you can really relax and forget about everyday life. We spent 5 wonderful days in the tiny house and on the spacious sun terrace, enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. There is not much in the area but you do not need that either, as the house and the proximity to the beach is all that is needed for a break. We enjoyed it and would love to come back! 💕

We had a wonderful week at Lisa and Henrik’s cabin by the water! We very much enjoyed the peacefulness during both day and night and loved waking up to the sunrise by the water right in front of the bedroom window. We also had the chance to use the sauna which was such a treat! We didn’t have a car but managed to get around just fine with public transport and walking. Lisa and Henrik were both super responsive and helpful – the perfect hosts! We also very much enjoyed the company of Skorpan the cat, who came to visit a few times. ☺️ Thank you Lisa and Henrik, we hope to see you again sometime soon!

Agriculture and Architecture mix. Living on the farm. Hike the property to historical Viking battle site. Golden hour sunset from property was amazing. The boathouse is a special and unique salute to Norway. 🇳🇴 Hope to return and stay longer next time. 🤞

For the third year in a row, I have enjoyed the fantastic little cottage by the lake! The host Ulrich received me as kindly and helpfully as usual. Here you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. If you sit on the balcony by the jetty, you are guaranteed to see a variety of birds swimming by and in the surrounding forest there are squirrels and deer that come close. The cottage is incredibly cozy and has everything you could need during your stay. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and charcoal is available if you want to grill outside instead. The little cottage on Vättersö has become a nice annual tradition for me and I am already looking forward to next year!

We stayed for 4 days. Everything worked out very well for us. The house, the location right on the water with boat is highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable short stay at Matti's peaceful lake front cottage. He is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Regret that we did not fire up the sauna... We highly recommend a Lakeland GTE quiet electric boat tour with Arto. We took the three hour Cruise in Puumala by Lake Samiaa. We saw two of the rare seals, an osprey nest, and learned a lot about the seals, Finnish culture, and had a great time. The guesthouse is across the lake from Puumala village, which is a short drive or walk on the bridge and take an elevator down to the village. We also recommend the Kalakontti Puumala fish truck in the village near the shore for excellent street food.

We had an excellent stay with Rune and Merete. The accommodation offers a stunning view of the river. The room is cozy and romantic, perfect for a peaceful getaway. It's possible to take a swim in the river and then warm up in the sauna. We were especially impressed by our hosts' kindness and responsiveness.

A wonderful place to enjoy nature romantically, away from the hustle of everyday life. Everything was great and enjoyable. Thank you for the special gift. Was a very kind gesture.

Beautiful cabin situated on top of a hill that overlooks fjords. Cabin was clean and well maintained. Owner was helpful with any questions that I had.

Beautiful little house with a hot tub and great views. There were a few minor things that could be improved, but if no one says anything, the host won't know. So we just pointed out that you could move the bed. Then there would be more space, etc... the whirlpool is a treat, but there are other houses and the residents walk past the whirlpool. I thought that was kind of weird. There were always people at the pier, which is shared with other accommodations. Several houses are probably rented and they all meet. That wasn't clear to us before. I would have liked to bathe without spectators. The view is a dream, the hosts are very nice. The nearest supermarket is about 12 kilometres away. All in all, great for a short break.

A really peaceful and beautiful retreat. I visited here for a restful weekend and it did not disappoint. Really quiet and private, I really enjoyed the hot tub which had lovely views of trees and the sunset in the evening. The decor was beautiful, just like the photos. Easy to check in and out. You really will need a car as it is remote which is perfect for peace and quiet. Thank you.

The lodge "Oak" is very cozy and comfortable, we found everything we could need. The environment is maintained and tidy. The lodge is private, in the evening cozy outdoor lighting, amazing terrace. Great grill, stocked with all the necessary supplies for grilling. Martin is great at communicating, was easy and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back again!

Our stay was fantastic! The house and surroundings were beautiful. Janno was brilliant! He suggested places to get food and drink nearby and replied to messages very quickly. He also allowed an earlier check in since our flight was quite early. The shop is a close walk away and it has everything you will need! The house is very well thought out, also with everything you would need. 10/10!! We will be coming back!

We had a great stay, nice view on the fjord and mountains. Very clean and new place. Would come again.

The trip was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate it together! We had a truly wonderful time! For dinner, we baked pizza in the outdoor kitchen, and breakfast that was prepared by Timmo was beyond our expectations - so good & fresh. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our trip!😊

The cutest little cabin and so close to stockholm if you don’t have a car! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting that wants a nature escape.

Great location and an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment got everything you need!

It was as great experience to stay among the treetops. The location was private and quiet we only heard the birds. The cabin looked good as advertised. It was nice that we could use the caneos.

Hello I was immediately drawn to the exterior of the cottage and the description of the location. The instructions from the host and GPS guided us right away. We, Ulf, Anna and Sheltien Roschi, enjoyed ourselves from the first moment and would like to come back. We were first met by beautiful free-range chickens, horses in the meadow, rich wildlife and a cozy farm environment. Annika, the host showed us around and gave us an excellent tour and was a very nice and caring host. We ordered a breakfast basket for the first morning and it was really extensive with freshly baked buns, freshly made rhubarb jam and more mums. We are very happy. Roschi liked the chickens. The accommodation is absolutely recommended!😊 We felt totally comfortable and were able to switch off from the stress of everyday life. The view of the lake, the tranquility, the nature, the area and the little adventure with the outdoor shower and the outhouse made it so special. While we were there, there were an incredible number of caterpillars. It didn't bother us and it was probably just seasonal, but it could be a problem for someone, so I'm mentioning it here. Otherwise, it was so great!😍
