The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquillity of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside, there is a bedroom and an open-plan living room. Outside there is a kitchen bench, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

Go off the grid and spend some quality time in nature with your dear one, in the middle of a forest, with a magnificent view on the lake. The wigwam is 30m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.
