Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

— ABOUT THE CABIN — The Stjernetaket is named after what you see right outside the tent door — the open Norwegian night sky and the stars above Mjøsa. Unfold the tent, lie on your back, and look up. That's the experience that awaits. Double bed made, heating and electricity inside the tent. The bathroom and outdoor kitchen are shared with the other glamping guests and are just nearby. Peace and quiet in Mjøslis nature, 30 minutes from Gardermoen. For couples who want the night sky — and comfort.

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed will be made up when you arrive. A warm welcome!

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Private beach, forest and cliff viewpoint within walking distance. Bring your camera and a positive mindset :-)

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. Til Bortelid skisenter 15 km.

The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. Samt en engelsk vedeldad kamin från Salamander Stove. Hundar är välkomna. Uteköket är utrustat med gasolgrill, kaffekokare, kylbox med USB uttag för mobilladdning. Sängkläder och handduk ingår. Barn upp till 12 år bor gratis i sällskap med vuxen.
