Monthly Rentals in Scaldwell

What a wonderful place to spend a break. The host Ruth was very lovely and took time out of her day to chat. The accommodation was perfect, spotlessly clean and comfortable with a beautiful countryside view. Breakfast was provided and was amazingly good and so much of it. Got to say, Ruth also gave me a jar of home made marmalade which I will thoroughly enjoy. I can’t recommend the place enough. Would I stay again? Yes, yes, and yes.

Perfect place to stay both in terms of its location and the level of detail and comfort the cottage offers. We both felt it was a great place to relax in the evening after visiting friends. It would be great if all cottage owners showed the same level of care as Alexandra and the wonderful cleaner.

We had a beautiful two night stay at the cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here. The whole place has a magical feel to it. The children loved watching the sheep from the windows and sipping hot chocolate in front of the log burner. The cabin gave us treasured time to connect as a family and we’ll be forever grateful for that. Sarah was a great host with good communication and checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Overall, a 5* stay. Thank you for making our time here wonderful.

A lovely, clean and welcoming place set in beautiful countryside. Comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen that was perfect for cooking. Tracey was responsive and proactive in checking we had everything we needed. The check in process was made very easy thanks to the photos of key elements. We had a lovely, peaceful weekend.
