Great apartment and very recommended! A bit pricey but not necessarily compared to other Genoese accommodations and it is Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and Silvia herself is simply adorable. The only thing to keep in mind is it’s in a bustling part of town so might not be an entirely quiet arrival - but the apartment itself is peaceful.

Alloggio molto carino e accogliente, più bello che in foto, pulitissimo e profumato. Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, passando per il caratteristico centro della cittadina di Noli. Si parcheggia la macchina e poi ci si sposta a piedi. Inutile dire l’enorme valore aggiunto del posto auto. Stefano è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Très bel appartement. Très propre et bien entretenu. Jolie vue. Et bel emplacement si vous voulez être dans le village. Hote très sympa et accueillant. En sois tout était bien. A noté quand même l’accès qui se fait par des escaliers un peu difficile si vous êtes chargé. Mais c’est un détail dans ce genre d’endroit qui est un village médiéval quand même.

That was amazing stay in Menton! The location is top of the top, just in the center of Menton. I can say that it’s even better than on the pictures. Very beautiful, confortable, clean. 2 min walk from the beach. Just amazing

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren super schön. Alles war vorhanden wie beschrieben. Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war stets zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in den Weinbergen und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die praktische Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit lässt einem sofort wohl und heimisch fühlen. Die vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge sind sehr wertvoll und können bedenkenlos befolgt werden. Wir kommen wieder!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Casa e ambiente meraviglioso. Ottima per rilassarsi e spendere un po' di tempo insieme con amici e familiari. La casa è vicina ad Alba, Barbaresco e non lontana da Barolo. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Torino. Se avrò la possibilità, tornerò sicuramente. La consiglio.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Elisabetta nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visites, Sandra a été d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance incroyable (en réservant les restaurants pour nous par exemple). Le jardin de la maison est sublime de nuit, mis en valeurs par un éclairage très bien pensé. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ce lieu et les personnes qui le gèrent ! Merci du fond du cœur pour ce séjour parfait !

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Het is een mooie plek aan een drukke kust, maar hier echt rustig. Wel een stukje lopen naar het strand. Bergopwaarts terug. Met de auto wel beetje lastig parkeren, maar dat went. Zeer behulpzame host. Ook de moeder van de gastheer is zeer behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar. Kregen dagelijks verse eieren van hun kippen. Ze geven snel antwoord op vragen en geven goede tips over de omgeving, reizen naar Genua etc. Mooi huis, ruim en lekker terras. Rust en uitzicht op de groene omgeving. Cervo is een prachtig plaatsje. Ik zou er zo weer naar toe gaan. Enige punt van kritiek: de kuststreek is erg druk en gezellig, maar echt een probleem om je auto ergens te parkeren. Dus wij zijn vooral in de directe omgeving van het plaatsje gebleven. Op loopafstand. Tip: huur een scooter. En kies voor OV ( naar Genua)

Gabriele è una persona molto gentile e simpatica. Ci ha indicato i posti da visitare in città ed il locale con la migliore focaccia di tutta Genova. L’appartamento risulta centralissimo e rispecchia quanto presente nell’annuncio. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito 😁

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

In posizione strategica a Sestri, in un contesto tranquillo, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario, host reattivo.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Great apartment. Right in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants were nearby. The area is a bit of a maze and I found it a bit confusing but the hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to get the feel of the culture of the city.
