We stayed in this cosy cottage from 7 to 9 June – and it was simply fantastic! Everything was just like in the photos, if not even more beautiful. Very clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that the hosts really care about the well-being of their guests. The atmosphere was absolutely relaxed and almost like home – quiet, friendly and full of charm. Perfect location to explore the Ligurian coast, and at the same time a quiet retreat after a day full of impressions. Thanks so much

What can I say about our stay except that it was perfect. Anelio and Mara are extremely kind, caring, hyper responsive hosts, who welcomed us very well. Regarding the accommodation, it is very functional, very well equipped, with everything you need whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. Anelio and Mara also know how to spoil their tenants with nice touches. And what can we say about the view: simply magnificent. Aperitif on the terrace facing the bay of Sanremo or sunset on the mountain, you have the choice on the large terrace. Being on the heights is a real plus to find yourself in peace, while being very close to the city. In short, going to Anelio and Mara is just happiness

Il Nido is a small, tastefully decorated 2-person cottage in the middle of the countryside, overlooking the enchanting hilly landscape of the Langhe. Paolo welcomed us in a very friendly manner as a charming and helpful host. We spent a relaxing week in the middle of summer (August), made excursions to the nearby lake valleys (Valle di Pesio, Castello di Casotto), ate deliciously and even took a trip to the sea. The flat is in a great location for all that Santa Margherita offers. Eleanora & her father were very accommodating with an earlier check in. I saw another guest said this but the shower door is narrow, if you are bigger (like myself) it can become an issue. Other than that no issues.

We (6 friends) stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect!!! The location is so close to the train station (but we didn’t hear the trains at all!). The value was fabulous, and its walking distance to everything in town (and of course to the regional trains for the area). Patrizia and her daughter are fabulous, responsive hosts; we appreciated the restaurant recommendations and when our previously arranged boat trip fell through, they were able to make arrangements for a wonderful alternative the same day. The apartment far exceeded our expectations s in terms of size and beauty. What a marvellous stay!!! Highly recommend!!! We will be back… 😊

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

Magical places we spent a week of vacation able to enjoy the swimming pool which is very clean and very pleasant. The hosts are extremely kind, they offered us tomatoes from their olive basil garden. Quiet and peaceful places. The homes also have air conditioning which is really appreciable. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very friendly host, I didn't respond to any issues of any kind. Deborah welcomed me and gave me all the necessary directions. In addition, she provided food and drinks for breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to those who love tranquility, without forgetting that it is a few minutes drive from Rapallo and the highway exit.

Very comfortable accommodation, renovated with great taste. Given the season, we couldn't take advantage of the outdoors, which must be fabulous in summer. Easy access place, very quiet. Near Alba and Asti. Wine tasting in the family cellar was a very nice and interesting experience. The restaurants proposed were exceptional. We recommend Silvia and her Villa Ribella 200%

This place has everything one needs when looking for a vacation where our family with two parents and 4 grown kids could spend time together but still choose to have a secluded spot. Very clean (and I am super-picky…) fresh beddings, extremely comfy beds, large bedrooms with en suite large bathrooms. Kitchen so very equipped, we could cook anything we wanted, all needed utensils where there. The pool area was perfect. And the best part, so quiet and tranquil, and a nice walk to city center. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday spot in northern Italy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Right from the start: Gianpiero's apartment is a converted attic, which has two consequences: Firstly, it is relatively dark due to the small windows (which can even be an advantage in summer) and secondly, the ceilings are sometimes very low (even for me as a man of average height at best). In particular, the ceiling above the stairs leading down from the elevated bedroom to the living area is extremely low. Many a head has been immortalised here. So, if you know you have to go out at night, you should practice a few times in daylight beforehand... But that's all there is to the criticism. The apartment was excellently equipped, the private terrace with a view directly of the vineyards was fantastic. The somewhat remote location was also perfect, but Canale can be reached by car in a few minutes. There are many, sometimes really excellent, restaurants/osterias in the area.

The apartment responds to what was actually posted in the photo. The location is great for those who want to stay in the summer period in the Boccadasse area or for those who want to visit their son at UniGe, at the medical school, a stone's throw from San Martino. The skieligine on the cake? Private parking, available 24 HOURS, 50 m away from the apartment makes a difference

Our 10 day stay with Walter and his sweet wife Yari was great. The two are very warm and helpful. They are always reachable and respond quickly to questions. The apartment has everything you need and was warmly heated. She is easily accessible and parking was never a problem. The footpath to Cogoleto is also short and easy to do. If we travel back to this area, we will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.❤️

Absolutely beautiful stay in Cherasco. Gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom (one shower) apartment with basically own private outdoor area. The place was stocked with essentials - oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, coffee and tea and we received the most thoughtful welcome pack of cake, biscuits and wine which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is gorgeous - so green, flowers, peaceful and quiet. Although there are other apartments we barely saw anyone else and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool was also so refreshing. Edgar and Paola were extremely helpful and lovely people. Would not hesitate to recommend and I would stay here again. Short drive to La Morra and Novello for lunch or grocery shopping. We had dinners at the property outside because it was just so beautiful. Thank you for making a wonderful stay for us!!!

beautiful property, great for a relaxing weekend getaway

We stayed at the Ulivo apartment for a few days. It's a real favorite. The apartment is very warm and tastefully decorated, there is the hot tub, several sun loungers and a hammock in the garden to enjoy the sun in peace, and the cats are very cute and affectionate. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, surely one of the best hotel/airbnb breakfasts we had. We were very well received from start to finish. The hosts are very friendly and always available to make our stay a pleasant one. In summary, we recommend it 100% and will come back without hesitation.
