Monthly Rentals in Saunton Sands

Another lovely stay in Braunton at Kelly's studio. Always a pleasure to stay here, at this property our third or fourth visit. It's our home from home when we visit Braunton. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely stay at the Tarka Suite. Brian & Clare excellent hosts, lovely home from home experience. We will definitely be returning.

The place was clean and fresh. Interior design is relaxing and cosy. Michele was very quick to reply to messages. Thank you for the nice stay 🙏

A very relaxing 4 night stay. The studio was very well equipped, and Gillian went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The area is peaceful, yet is handily close to a large Tesco store. The area has some fabulous walks and the studio is only about 100 Metres from the Tarka Trail cycle and walking route. The walking maps provided in the studio were very useful. Peppa the cat visited us every day and is adorable and quite a character! We were very fortunate with the weather, and so were able to make the most of sitting outside, enjoying the lovely garden.
