Unser Apartment 302 befindet sich im 3. Stock des majestetischen Fürstenhofes in Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen. Der große Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und von hier genießen Sie einen überwältigenden Blick auf die Ostsee und den vorbeifahrenden Schiffsverkehr. Nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Unweit vom Fürstenhof beginnt der Nationalpark Jasmund (UNESCO Welterbe) mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen durch das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet.

Einfach und günstig... eine rustikale Ferienwohnung mit Ostsee-und Hafenblick. Wer nicht so auf Luxus steht ist hier genau richtig. 250 m bis zur Strandpromenade und Treppeneinstieg in die Ostsee. Sassnitz hat Steinstrände -->Gummischuhe sind eine Hilfe. Die Steilküste und der Wald in der Nähe versprechen ein pures Naturerlebnis. Gaststätten in der Nähe, Kinderspielplatz, Promenade, U-boot- und Hafenmuseum. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Kurzurlaube geeignet und vom Bahnhof mit dem Bus erreichbar

Apartment Sonnengruß with Seaview

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist schön, geräumig (60qm), gemütlich und sonnig. Von hier aus könnt ihr entspannt durch die ruhige Sassnitzer Altstadt zu den berühmten Kreidefelsen gehen und später zum lebhaften Hafen mit Restaurants und Cafés. Von der Wohnung aus schaut ihr über die Dächer der Altstadt aufs Meer. In der Wohnung gibt es viel Gemaltes und Gezeichnetes. Renoviert haben wir mit wohngesunden Kalkfarben, was (unserer Meinung nach) für eine besonders gute Atmosphäre in der Wohnung sorgt.

Vacation room "Strandgut"

Das gemütliche Ferienzimmer ist in einem Haus, das in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße von Sassnitz steht. Von hier aus kann man in 10 Minuten den Hafen, den Bahnhof und die Einkaufspassage erreichen. Ebenso sind Bushaltestellen für die Busse in viele Richtungen in 5 bis 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus sind Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Im Garten existiert ein Sitzplatz mit Blick auf die Ostsee, an dem man den Tag gemütlich beginnen bzw. beenden kann.

Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. On request, we will put fresh rolls outside your door every morning.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment with sea views and balcony in the historic Old Imperial Court on the market square in the old town of Sassnitz, just a few meters from the beach promenade. The apartment is characterized by its brightness, proximity to the sea, the inviting south-facing balcony and the stylish furnishings. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. It consists of a bedroom with kitchen and dining area as well as bathroom, hallway, and a magnificent balcony.

Small happiness, charming old building apartment on 100 square meters

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.

Between the harbor and chalk cliffs - Crampas 1

Through several accesses you are in 10 minutes directly in the harbor and can buy fish, go out to eat or just enjoy the magical harbor atmosphere. The old town is also reached in 10 min and there numerous stores and restaurants invite you to linger. A hike to the chalk cliffs through the Jasmund National Park is absolutely recommended. In the north and south of Sassnitz stretch miles of sandy beaches, which you can reach by bus, car or bike in no time.
