Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sarthe

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

My husband, me, our toddler and our labradors had a fantastic stay at Manon. Everything was very clean and tidy on arrival. The atmosphere inside and outside the house is very nice and serene, it made us feel comfortable and at peace. The yard was amazing for our dogs, they had the best time roaming around and playing fetch. It was easy to communicate with Manon. The small town of Beaumont is just a 6 minute drive and has all facilities you need. Definitely a place we would like to return to in the future!

Yasmine was the perfect host and her appartment was a perfect base for exploring Bellême and the region.

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with everything you need to have a pleasant time. When outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well equipped. Everything was easy and very well signposted. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small dormitory/barred beds/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.
