We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its cottage "Le Logis". This former 60 m² country house with all amenities welcomes you for your getaways, country vacations, retreats and remote work in the countryside or work in the area. Le Logis offers a spacious bedroom, a nice kitchen and a living room with sofa bed, overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.
