Thank you so much for hosting us. The apartment is ideally located for anyone who wants to come to the 24H of Le Mans because the circuit is easily accessible by foot, which avoids taking the Tram (believe me, at 2am in the rain, you don't feel like waiting for the tram)

After spending several periods at this place, we were very pleased with it. Close to shops, the center and transportation, it suited us perfectly.

Very good option, we went for the LaMans 2024 race, they worried that we understand everything, some details such as food, drink, etc. The area is super nice and very quiet, there is bus close to go to the circuit, etc.

We had a great time at this second apartment in Alexis and perfect as the first . It is not only very spacious and bright, but also perfectly equipped — everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality bedding, and the neat decoration brings a real warm touch. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. The host is also very responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend it without hesitation, and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at Théo's for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and it was a perfect location! A quick walk got the T1 tram which took us both to the track and into town. It was a lovely stay in a lovely apartment home.

Jean Louis' apartment matches the description. It is ideally located with the old town within walking distance in 10 minutes. Located in a well-insulated residence, quiet room at the back of the building. Communication with Jean Louis was easy. We'll be happy to go back

Ideally located accommodation. Everything is on foot (bakery, market on Saturday, caterer etc.) large car park opposite the accommodation on the ground floor. Spacious accommodation with all comforts. The contact was excellent with Cécilia coming to the news in order that everything goes well. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is spacious and quiet, and conveniently located near the cathedral, restaurants, shops, a tram stop, etc. Antonin was very helpful and responsive to questions. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the building and nearby, but there are also a lot of cars in the neighborhood, so finding a parking spot can be a challenge if you return late at night. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay for a few days, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of an apartment in Le Mans.

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

We had a wonderful time at Damien's place. From the start, you feel at home and have all the necessary amenities. Ideally located, the accommodation is close to the 24-hour circuit (15 min walk) and the tram that connects to the city centre.
