Welcome Home ! Si vous aimez ce qui est tiny et cosy alors c’est fait pour vous! Située dans un jardin privé au cœur d’un quartier résidentiel arboré vous serez bien au calme. La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Pas de micro-ondes. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, lavabo et TOILETTES SÈCHES !

Quiet independent studio house

Studio for 2 people with all comforts. It is located at the end of the garden of my property and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. You can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are 15 minutes' walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and 7 minutes' walk from the Le Mans exhibition centre. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.
