Come and taste the French art of living in an 18th century property, a historical monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a beautiful park with large terraces, backed by the hill. You will find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the singing of the birds will disturb the calm of the place.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Outside, a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optic, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure key box, childcare equipment and concierge services available on request.

P'tit Loft at the Farm 25 minutes from Le Mans

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. You are very welcome! Well located, close to the A28 highway exit, between Le Mans and the Alpes Mancelles Park. Linens, cleaning included and farm visit if you wish. Breakfast included.

We fell in love with Perche 15 years ago and decided to settle down there to renovate the barn. The desire to welcome and discover the treasures of this region was born a few years ago. And it is now a reality with this guest house in an authentic, bucolic and charming setting. Optional in addition to your stay: Osteopathy session for 1 or 2 people + baby with Antoine Préchac, physiotherapist and osteopath.

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
