Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sarthe

Thanks to Bruce for hosting and for his kindness. He made us feel comfortable as soon as we got there. What a pleasure to enjoy the terrace at this time of first sunshine. Bruce gave us a good breakfast before we left. Our overnight stop at the end of the stay in Normandy was very enjoyable.

Marie is a welcoming person and very discreet listening. The room is very quiet. The bathroom is a little small, but we're only there for washing, so no big deal, the hearty breakfast with the Oscar welcome. The dog we loved. Cedric is a welcoming host who leaves a lot of autonomy for his visitors. The house is so clean and tidy. It is ideally located less than a quarter of an hour from Le Mans in a very quiet area.

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

My husband, our two adult daughters and I spent a very comfortable stay during the Le Mans Classique. The location was convenient to the tram for the event and a very short walk to the Cathedral and Medieval town. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and boulangerie within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking complete meals, the beds were comfortable and clean. We loved having meals and drinks on the balcony. I highly recommend a stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Camille's Special mention for the time spent with her and her goats; the children will remember!

Matthieu made us so welcome and gave us details of a local restaurant open out of season on a Sunday. He was very helpful and brought us an amazing breakfast with freshly laid eggs. The accommodation was really well equipped, homely and very comfortable. Above all it was peaceful and very private.

An excellent warm and personal welcome was provided to our family. Ariane and family welcomed us into their home and were extremely friendly. They provided a lovely French breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes. Both ourselves and our children loved our stay! If passing through again we would definitely return. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place perfect for spending time with friends and family! Anne Cécile and her mom are very pleasant, always responsive to the slightest request and full of proposals for activities to do in the area! They can also offer you to buy local products that they produce themselves, it's a pleasure to discover local specialties 😉 The bedding is very comfortable (we slept like babies) , the place great, the place clean and perfect, the welcome at the top and in addition the dogs are adorable 🥰 We just had trouble with the fireplace but apart from that everything was perfect! I would 100% recommend!

Ivana's home was an incredible place to stay. Absolutely beautifully presented and decorated throughout with amazing views of the local countryside. It was a huge privilege to stay there. Ivana was an amazing host, really kind, welcoming and informative and made great recommendations about the local area. Ivana's breakfasts were absolutely legendary with homemade bread and preserves and it was clear to see the pride Ivana took in her home and everything she did, including the beautiful music that greeted us on our way down to breakfast!
