The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

Villa Bastuviken

YOU WILL FIND FRESHLY MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linen. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, washing-up liquid and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day, and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing licence that you can buy at Ifiske. Search for "fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon". However, fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3,000.

Welcome to a large turn-of-the-century villa in a quiet, central location. A total of 11 rooms including 5 bedrooms with different beds (2x180 & 2x140 & 1x120 & 1x90). Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Åbyparken with a free golf course is located next to the house. The Galleria and Mölndal Station are close by, where the trams take you directly to Liseberg or central Gothenburg in a few minutes. The garden is park-like with a large, enclosed lawn. Sisjön is about 7 minutes away by car. Bed linens are not included.

Welcome to our house in Vallda Sandö! Here you are close to nature and the sea and you can relax and enjoy the summer with family and friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and on the property, there is plenty of room for play and games, and there is also a patio where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Sandö is a fantastic place to visit during the summer with plenty of activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking and golf. Examples of golf within 10 minutes: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK and Forsgården.

Welcome to Villa Kvarndammen! We are a family with two adults and three children, and this is our holiday home. The house is located at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor. You live in a rural setting with walking distance to a grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a swim in the small pond. Plenty of room & many social areas both inside & out. 2 km from the house, there is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants.

The house is located near the community of Särö, about 20 km south of Gothenburg, only 5 minutes by car to restaurants, shops, golf courses and nice beaches in both Särö and Kullavik.
