The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

The adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning to evening on the large terrace while the children play on the lawn. In the afternoon, you take the bike to the sea and take a lovely swim. In the evening, you can grill and maybe pick some blueberries. Nearby, there are lovely kayak waters and for those who like nature, there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

There are many opportunities for walks, perhaps to the forests in the surroundings, or to Erska to try the disc golf course.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and on the property, there is plenty of room for play and games, and there is also a patio where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Sandö is a fantastic place to visit during the summer with plenty of activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking and golf. Examples of golf within 10 minutes: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK and Forsgården.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.
