Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

We had a great stay at Terrys place. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Bathroom was very clean and amazing shower! We loved using the pool and spending time in the garden. Terry had big booklets of recommendations which were super helpful and left us a lovely welcome package of food and drinks which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, very quiet but also close to the beach and everything we needed.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

This place is a gem as well as its owner. Karina is the perfect host, very friendly, commendable, responds promptly to any questions. The place was immaculate. Just walking in, we felt instantly at home. The place is comfortable, had everything we needed. The inside is beautiful. You feel like every decoration was hung up with thought and meaning. We used the washer and dryer with no problem at all. Wifi was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Publix, pharmacy, restaurants. About 7 minutes to Passe-A-Grille, a 11-15 minute drive to Treasure Island, depending on traffic. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. A few sirens at night; what street doesn't have them. The terrace is very private and peaceful, surrounded by a "fence" of palm trees. We spent many night sitting outside enjoying the warm breeze. The area is nice and safe.Topping the prefect vacation, Karina left us with two hospitality gifts. So nice! I strongly recommend this place and I will return.

A lovely setting with a little beach out back on Boca Ciega Bay and just a few minutes walk to Beach Blvd's restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Would definitely consider returning!

She was an amazing host, and the place was super nice and peaceful

We booked at the last minute and although the host was out of town she accommodated our request. Check-in was easy and the place was in a perfect location for the event we were attending at Vinoy Park. Parking is at a premium in this area, so we were very thankful for the availability of covered parking for the exotic car we brought for the car show. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Sheila’s place again when in St. Pete.

Stayed here with Valerie as our host for mine and my husband’s anniversary. Valerie was an absolutely wonderful host, very responsive and helpful! The place was very clean, cozy, and overall just a 10/10 stay combined. If we end up coming back to Sarasota we will absolutely have to book here!! 🩷

What stood out to the most was how clean Soryvette’s listing was. The pictures are very accurate. It was comfortable for two people and in a centric location.

We loved our stay!! It was the perfect place to stay the night after spending all day at the beach! It was only about a 5 minute drive to the beach! Very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hosts were incredible! Highly recommend!

We stayed for a little over a week at this cute and cozy guest house. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie and Zoli were quick to respond to our messages, and were very flexible with us.

An unbeatable experience! From the first moment, Barbara was very kind, making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: bright, impeccable and tastefully decorated. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location is excellent, in a quiet and safe area, just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Sarasota (Siesta Key is a dream!). It is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and daytime activities. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly - something key with the Florida heat. What's more, the courtyard was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We would definitely come back a thousand times. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable!

This was a nice little place. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is on a quiet road. They are not far from the UTC mall and all of those amenities. Overall, a great experience! I'll check them out again if I need a place to stay in Sarasota.

Minimalist studio in a cute old 50s-60s Florida cinderblock neighborhood. Really enjoyed walking around! Bed was comfy and loved the banana shower curtain.

Absolutely loved our stay in the West Wing! Description was accurate, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pool was a great amenity, neighborhood was quiet and the room felt very private and tucked away. Location was only about 10 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants etc. We would stay again

This was a perfect place for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! The location was great and everything was so close! I would definitely recommend it and return to Elizabeth’s place.

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰

We loved this stay so much! Kim's place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed! It was very cozy and a wonderful location. We particularly loved the enclosed patio- we spent a lot of time out there. Kim was a great host- she was always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We want to return for a longer stay!

One of the best host i have encountered. 20 minutes from Nokomis beach, siesta key, Bradenton, great location 2 minutes of 75 but still super quiet and private. Had access to pool when wanted. Theres a check in book with plenty of details of what to expect and things to do in the area. A lot of thought goes into their stay. Great people and won’t forget this stay! Would stay again if available
