Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sarasota

We loved our recent stay here! We had a bit of a challenge with lots of rainy weather so having a BEAUTIFUL backyard with synthetic grass and an amazing pool SAVED THE DAY(S). We ran outside with every break in the weather and the kids stayed as happy as can be. The home not only looked clean, but FELT clean and the decor was tasteful and didn’t feel overly beach kitschy- as we’ve run into before. Hoping to be back next year!

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

What a wonderful place to stay, we had a family of 6 for a7 day vacation. The house is beautiful, everything top notch, outside area has a huge pool and beautiful hot tub. Great sitting area outside with comfortable seating outside with a TV. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again

This home was beautiful, exactly as pictured! We had an amazing stay here, they had everything for the beach, homemade cookies waiting for us, and the rooms were very clean. The host were also very responsive and friendly! My family & me truly enjoyed our stay, thank you Whitney!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the game console table, and we spent hours relaxing in the lanai, grilling, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches—and Jen thoughtfully provided all the beach gear we could need. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, and highly responsive host who made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

My husband, son and I loved staying at this gorgeous property. The interior is adorably decorated and very clean and the outdoor space was perfect too. The pool was such a great addition to this house, my 4yo son has been asking to go back to the “pool house” since we left. We’re already checking schedules to see when we can come back for another visit. The location is great too- very close to siesta key beach, the village and all of the local amenities that Sarasota has to offer. I cannot rave about this property enough. I can’t wait to come back for another visit!

beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage in a beautiful part of town. enjoyed the screened porch and hammock swing in the mornings and hot tub in the evening. grateful for the extra beach towels and beach chairs!

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. Thanks Lisa and Robert.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

We enjoyed the villa. It was close to Siesta Keys. There were a lot of restaurants close by

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.
