Holiday rentals with beach access in Sapanca

The host was very caring, friendly, and always kind. The house was completely as described in the photos and descriptions. We had a great time with a great pool and hot tub. If I have the opportunity to go again, we have no doubt that it will always be our first choice. :)

This place is very clean and enjoyable; the surroundings are beautiful, and the facilities in the building are nice, especially the jacuzzi and the warm swimming pool.

There was a perfect atmosphere with the chance to meet the snowfall. It's an environment where you can feel at home with all the amenities provided. The view of the house was very nice with all the details. It was especially enjoyable to spend the entire evening with the fireplace. The host's interest and relevance was complete.

It was an absolutely amazing place. Ms. Ceyda was very kind and extremely helpful. It was a calm and peaceful place to feel at home. It was just the hardware that you couldn't find anything missing from your clothes to pick up and bring. Thank you again Ms. Ceyda. See you in the summer:))

We stayed with my wife and child for a two day family stay. Everything was as Mr. Haluk described. Especially the temperature of the pool was very good. It was a calm and peaceful experience. Mr. Haluk even responded to my late-night questions instantly. We are very satisfied.

The host was very caring from start to finish, he responded promptly to any questions we had, thank you very much. The house is beautiful, the underfloor heating is great, we had to open the windows at times. The pool temperature was very good, we were able to enter comfortably even in the evening. In my opinion, the only downside is that it's a very steep uphill. When we got to the house, we didn't have to climb the steep slope as a result of the host being guided correctly. I highly recommend that you don't regret it.

The location of your home surrounded by nature, waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning, sipping our coffee among the greenery, and relaxing by the fireplace in the evening… It was really like therapy for us. It was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and breathe in an atmosphere like this. It wasn't just a stay, it was a break for us that soothes our souls. Also, your hospitality, care, and attention to all the details made our experience even more special. Everything has been considered in your home; comfort, hygiene, decoration, small touches… All left a very nice mark on us. This is a really hard-working, lovingly prepared place. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. It is a magnificent place that is in the sounds of peaceful nature. It is just you and nature. The sound of birds is not really missing day and night. There is a large and more than enough bur garden. There is a hammock, hot tub, pool, swing, hammock in the garden. Of course, there is a fire pit that is very well thought out. You can have a quality and good time by the fire with your loved ones at night. There is more than enough barbecue in a separate part of the garden, there is plenty of ready-made wood. I broke wood for sports. The interior of the house was very nice, the details were very nice, there is a fireplace type wood stove in the house. It puts you in a magnificent feeling. As a kitchen item, coffee maker, filter coffee maker, killer type, electric tea maker and regular stove top tea kettle, there is a stove top of 4 in the house, everything is very clean, high quality, and we were very satisfied with our 4-person burvaile.
