Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

A peaceful holiday close to Istanbul, in touch with nature

Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul. okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
