Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

Our villa has a unique lake and mountain view. It has its own pool. You can see the mountain and valley view on one side and the lake view on the other side of the pool. Our new villa is in a detached location. At night, you can see the stars and feel the peace of silence. The garden is safe for children. You are free to eat seasonal fruits from the trees in the garden. The kitchen in the house has a 4-burner natural gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a dining table for 8 people.

700 m2 bahçe içerisindeki 80 m2 lik evimizde 3 yatak odası + 1 salon, 2 banyo, balkon, kış bahçesi, ısıtmalı havuz, 24 saat sıcak su, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, buzdolabı, tv, ütü, ütü masası, bebek yatağı, mama sandalyesi, saç kurutma makinesi, barbekü ve mutfak malzemeleri mevcuttur. Sapanca merkeze uzaklık 4 km dir. Kırkpınar’a uzaklık 15 dakikadır. Ev ve havuz bakımı yalnızca misafir girişlerinde yapılır. Havuz ısıtması yaz sezonunda aktif değildir.

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
