There is a 40 m2 covered camellia, a 25 m2 open camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue and fire pit in the camellias. There is a French fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably on the L-shaped sofa in the living room. Our pool is ecological. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and reach a unique and relaxing environment.

All kitchen equipment and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, charcoal, etc. are provided to you. The bungalow closest to my house is 50m away (not from the bottom houses)

We offer a pleasant and warm environment of 40 m2 with a fireplace, a patio and a barbecue where you can watch movies on Netflix. Basic materials are available in the house. Heating is provided by natural gas, air conditioning and a fireplace, so there is never a heating problem. Parking is available.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
