The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures: it is spacious for a loft, comfortable and very well equipped in the kitchen. Having parking included also makes it very easy to stay. The region is very quiet, and many places are possible to visit on foot. There are bakeries a few meters away, and good bars in Vergueiro, which is also possible to walk. Marco responds promptly to messages.

New space, very well furnished and in a great location with a market nearby. Sensational condominium structure with workspace and a beautiful view on the rooftop. The only negative detail was the bathroom door that did not close properly and the mattress that was hard and uncomfortable for those who are not used to it. In addition, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Sávio is a great host!

It was our first time traveling to São Paulo, and Fernando’s place was perfect! It was right at Sao Paulista Avenue, makes it easier to explore the area. The Airbnb is clean, with great security, comfortable and nice outdoor view! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you!

This is one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. I truly did feel like at home and was able to relax as such. The mattress is incredibly comfortable. And pulling up the blinds any laying in bed to watch the sun rise over the city was incredible.

Wonderful house where you can spend a weekend in São Paulo. Very spacious and comfortable, the garden is beautiful and the kitchen as well. Andrea was super kind and helpful in supporting us during check-in and stay, with tips about the city and the neighborhood. I highly recommend ❤️

My favourite location in SP House full of character

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Jessica is a charismatic, polite and helpful host. The apartment is comfortable and super functional. We always stay in the Jardins neighborhood, because we have accessibility and security.
