The house is in a safe and beautiful location. It was within walking distance of several stores and restaurants. The owners were a wonderful couple and responded very quickly. We'll definitely be back!

Claudia’s place was amazing! Everything was as pictured and it was very spacious. Plenty of room for large groups. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean and the amenities were perfect. Claudia was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating to our check in and check out needs. The home is near markets for easy shopping and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

The house is wonderful, clean, well cared for and with all the utensils needed for the stadia, plus a breathtaking view and lots of leisure. Ricardo and the homemade Eduardo are polite, attentive and helpful. It is well worth it.

The house is beautiful and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13 people. Everything was clean, including the pool and Marcia was very much in order to solve the small problems that arose during the stay! She welcomed us with a beautiful table set and a sparkling wine! We love it!

Very spacious place with all the rooms very well used. Impeccable rooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Solange helped us before and after the stay, with great tips and support for questions. Great neighborhood too. It only ends up being noisy because of the proximity to the airport.

Jaime is a very attentive host who gave all the perfect directions for hosting. In addition to him, the housekeeper who received us at the checkin was very nice. The house is much more beautiful and larger in person, it was impeccable, extremely clean, well washed bedding, quality mattresses, fireplace arranged with firewood just to set fire. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well accommodated a group of 10 people with spare beds. We will definitely return.

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

The only downside that I can say is that it was only a few days to enjoy every space and accommodation available in this accommodation. From the confirmation to the departure of Chácara the service was impeccable. Aurelio and team are to be congratulated! I will bring good memories of this place and region. I booked the space to hold an event. The farm is extremely equipped with items for events, very spacious, Dona Dalva is extremely friendly and is always willing to help. The rooms are also very nice, my stay was just perfect, even my guests were impressed by the fact that the space is so equipped for an event, a find on Airbnb that I will certainly return to more often, on Saturday we had the event and on Sunday we enjoyed the space as a family and we were able to be very comfortable. Just thank you for the stay and the receptivity of Dona Dalva and Paulo who was also always willing to clarify all my doubts.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. The hostess, Angela, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any doubt or need. A high point was the visit of the monkeys, which was a show apart and brought even more charm to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming and full of surprises!

The house is too beautiful, all the guests loved the house, very organized. We rented to gather the friends of my party for a 15-year celebration, and everything was very beautiful. The gourmet people space what is that, I would stay there for another 15 days if I could...have everything you need to make a lunch, a breakfast, a barbecue...good without words to describe. easy communication and great response time, both Fabiane and Mr. Maranhão were always willing to help, the space is large, well-lit and very pleasant, I believe that the only detail is the pool that is a little smaller than appears in the photos and 1 of the double beds that was broken, but it was easy to adapt and accommodate, it's worth it!!

From the beginning, Amanda was always very attentive and flexible, and also understandable. The place is wonderful!!! It has plenty of space, bedrooms, amazing pool area. I loved it and are already thinking about renting again... I only have compliments about!! I recommend it!!

Our stay was excellent. Since the reception, by Wagner and Silvana, with very good humor and cordiality. We were shown the house by all the rooms, well cared for and clean. We stayed in the house for 3 nights, with everything working perfectly. There is a bay almost in front, where the owner treated us as if we were family because we were “Wagner's guests”. The street is quiet and safe. For sure, it will be a place where we will return to host at the next opportunity. Note 10.

We enjoyed a peaceful evening with this lovely home. The pool was a nice way to relax, and being close to Batman’s Alley was a bonus. We chose an early check in which was great. Would recommend this Airbnb and would stay again!
