The house is great! Everything is new, clean and well complete. Proactive and polite host! We will certainly rent more often!

The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the listing, a location for those who want perfect peace and quiet. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

I found this listing to spend a few days with my family and I can say it's really an oasis. I've never found anything so amazing in a city like São Paulo. The entire house is glazed, very spacious, and has a wonderful backyard. The feeling is that we are not in the city of São Paulo but in the countryside, but at the same time, we are in the heart of Vila Madalena. The host brought us bananas grown in his own backyard, which reminded me of the times when I spent my childhood in the countryside and ate from my own backyard. The host lives in the back house, so he needs to go through the yard, but it was really nice to have him around, especially because the house is so big and sometimes we get confused about where things are. The bedroom mattress is King size, very comfortable, and the pillows are also excellent. The bedding is of high quality. The kitchen is super equipped and huge, with a large dishwasher. It's been a happy few days!

The house is wonderful, clean, well cared for and with all the utensils needed for the stadia, plus a breathtaking view and lots of leisure. Ricardo and the homemade Eduardo are polite, attentive and helpful. It is well worth it.

We stayed in Phelipe's apartment during FISPAL and had an excellent experience! The space is super cozy, spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which perfectly met our needs. The apartment is huge and comfortably accommodated the ten people on our team. The location is great, the building has security and the automated check-in made our arrival much easier. We had only a small setback with towels at the beginning, but Phelipe was super agile and attentive, solving everything quickly. He is very helpful, responds quickly and makes communication very easy. We were very well received and left with the certainty that we would stay there again. Highly recommended!

The house has all the described comfort, heated pool, shower and taps with hot water, kitchen with many utensils and 9 pots that is great). Garden care and clean house, as well as clean bedding, in great condition. The market inside the condominium is great. Lugar is easy to access, when we arrived there was no electricity but the boy of the gate led us to the house, which was very good. Host responds quickly to questions. There are many things for entertainment in the house. We will return more often, and I hope with sunshine!

I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. Our family and guests loved the house, which really has a cosy energy, a house richly decorated with everything you need. I hope I have other opportunities to book again .. What an incredible space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well-kept, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Super clean bathrooms, impeccable linens and bathrooms. Standout for the homemakers who were very kind, friendly, attentive and discreet, at no time did they take away our privacy. Comfortable, beautiful space, catering very well to groups who just want to stay, rest or use the house for meetings. Everything worked very well without any incident or unforeseen event. The farm is impeccable. The whole space not only matches the photos, but the feeling when you arrive at the place is that everything is even more beautiful and interesting in person. Every corner of the house is perfectly organized and very well decorated. The cleanliness is exemplary and the environment was pleasantly scented when we arrived, making the stay cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, and the two refrigerators are a special convenience. There were plenty of extra blankets, enough for the low temperature during the stay. Mr. Jaime was very attentive and helpful, as well as the caretaker Mr. Aelson, who welcomed us with total cordiality.

Excellent reception and reciprocity by the site manager, Leonardo. These were wonderful, safe and unforgettable days. It was very worth it! There is a 5-star bakery practically in front of the mansion and even a fair, on Saturdays, with a great pastel!
