Our House is cozy, and very well maintained! Simple... but we prepare it with a lot of love and affection to welcome you, your family and friends. It is located within the Residencial Palmeiras, in the Jardim das Palmeiras neighborhood, in the South Zone of São Paulo. It is close to the Guarapiranga Sacred Grounds. We inform you that on rainy and windy days, we have a lot of power outages. We do not have a power generator. The Internet around here has a signal in some places. Wi-Fi only works with power

No condomínio você pode realizar aulas ou alugar equipamentos de stand-up, windsurf, vela, fazer passeios de veleiro e a cavalo e também fazer trilhas a pé ou de bicicleta! Permitimos apenas cachorros de pequeno porte. Não é permitido que os cachorros entrem na hidromassagem.

Garage for 6 vehicles. I'm sure everyone will enjoy spending time in this space. The use of live bands and/or DJs is prohibited.
