The place has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room, TV room, sofa bed, all dishes, bed linen, towels, cutlery, glasses and cups, pots, appliances such as blender, iron, grill, toaster, oven and microwave. Free Wi-Fi Cable Water and refrigerate will be offered as a courtesy at check-in If extra cleaning is required, please request 24 hours in advance (extra charge) For your convenience, you will check yourself in, but I will always be available to answer any questions that may arise. On the day of your stay, I will send you a message with the door password and apartment number. The studio is located in Vila Nova Conceição, a residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets and easy access to the city's main thoroughfares. Close to Faria Lima and Hélio Pellegrino avenues, there is no shortage of bars, restaurants and shopping malls. Amazing location, close to bakeries, markets, a fitness center, bars, some of the best restaurants in São Paulo and a few minutes from Parque do Povo. Confy design spa apartment. You'll have your own private sauna and hot tub with an incredible view of São Paulo's downtown Dedicated exclusively to guests. The private area consists of 82m2 and it is located in a new building, built by the Cyrela construction company to high finishing standards, with 24-hour security and entrance. There is a supermarket just 50 meters away that is open 24 hours a day, from Sunday to Sunday. The subway is on the corner, just 100 meters from the building.
