Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Paulo

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

It was very worth it! We feel at home, a wonderful garden! It didn't even look like we were close to everything!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and I found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was one of the differentials too, it's very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.

The whole place was as in the pictures and description, easy check in, clean ( although there was a puddle of water on the balcony that I wiped away) bed corks also clean, well-equipped!! All set !!

Great very modern and tastefully decorated apartment! Big plus! 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom! The location was perfect in a lively and very safe area of SP! The apartment is a very good value. Some pipe issues quite common to SP but responsive host for repair! I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in SP🙂

Daniel was super helpful, responded quickly and gave very clear guidance! The building staff was super friendly! Easy check-in and checkout. Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! I'd love to come back!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Second time staying at this place. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, it has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... Great living room, bedroom, bathroom... The Host is super helpful, responds quickly, clears up all doubts, check-in and check-out all good, extremely clean and organized house... Impeccable space, which corresponds exactly to what is shown in the advertisement. Extremely civilised neighbours (you can't hear a sound from them). This is the third time I've stayed in this building, and I have nothing to complain about.

Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Nikolas' house is a great place to spend time in Sao Paulo. The village where the house is located is quiet and full of privacy, in a location that is one of the best possible - very close to the subway, good restaurants and bars. And Nikolas is a great host, super polite and proactive for any issue you need. I recommend 100%.
