Newly remodeled kitchen! A peaceful 650 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath space with full-size appliances. The bungalow / back house is separate from our main house with a private entrance through the driveway. Very central location in Los Angeles - about 1 mile west of downtown Culver City. Due to a severe dog allergy in our family, we cannot allow dogs (not even service or support dogs). Smoking anywhere on the property will be subject to a fine. Absolutely no weapons allowed.
