PS: From November to April, the hot tub cannot be used due to cold temperatures.

The location is near to the St. Francis chuch and the main square, it's an exceptional starting point for visiting all the major points of interest in the city on foot. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
