Beautiful house with an excellent and strategic location, ideal for exploring the 3 tourist areas of Oaxaca on foot. It is located in one of the safest areas of the city of Oaxaca, just a 3-minute drive from the Jalatlaco neighborhood (7-minute walk), a 5-minute drive from the historic center (12-minute walk) and a 5-minute drive from Xochimilco (10-minute walk). The house is remodeled, very spacious and has a beautiful garden and decoration inspired by the magueyes.
