Nice little studio with air conditioning two blocks from the Zócalo of the city. Walk to all attractions in 10 minutes. The place is nicely furnished with simple Oaxacan charm. Everything is provided. Please note that since it is in a restaurant area there might be some noise at night... We do have double glazed windows, however it is not recommended for light sleepers (hence we kept the reasonable price for this list)...

It is a small apartment located 5 minutes from the historic center of the city of Oaxaca by vehicle, where you can enjoy privacy as a family or as a couple. It has common areas and its own parking with an automatic gate. The apartment's interior is a dining room and kitchen, double height and large windows. Its two bedrooms have a double bed and a sofa bed for an extra guest, as well as a bathroom on each floor.

Amazing Private Loft in Downtown - Two Double Beds

The Loft has a fantastic location for tourism. (Walk Score 100 out of 100) Located 1 block away from La Alameda and El Zocalo, 3 from Santo Domingo church and museum. Walking distance to most art galleries, museums, regional shops and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). This loft can host up to 4 people, but it is not ideal for 4 adults.

Beautiful Central Loft It is on a main street and there is traffic noise. Mostly during the day and some at night. It's a little downtown 11 blocks from the Zocalo, but not so close that you don't have as many people as in the center but close enough to move Caminando or by taxi everywhere. It is very spacious and remodeled in neutral colors and with fast internet.
