An apartment located on a second floor. 2 blocks from the pedestrian street and 1 from the famous "Cruz de Piedra", where the "calendas" (traditional Mexican kitchens) are. There is a market with local products, cafes, a laundry, a bakery, restaurants, museums, and churches nearby. You can walk around the city. On the way to the center there are many tourist attractions. A safe area with a lot of tourist and cultural affluence. Very close to the Guelaguetza Auditorium, within walking distance.

Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property. I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.
