Apartment holiday rentals in Oaxaca

We were welcomed by Lorena who gave clear instructions how to get to the apartment before starting our journey. The apartment is perfect and we even got a local mezcal and some chocolate as a welcome gift. It's just a 10 min walk to the city center where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. Thank you so much for having us!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very nice, clean and is in an excellent area to explore downtown Oaxaca. Skarlett was a kind and attentive hostess during our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing place to stay! Host was super responsive and helpful with any inquiries wether it was concerning my stay at the location or questions regarding the surrounding area. I felt at home and most importantly my belongings felt secure which is a big plus. Beautiful view from the roof, clean place, and very cozy! Will definitely return in the event of another visit! Our group of three had a wonderful stay at José’s place. The apt is tucked in the back of a complex, making it feel safe and incredibly quiet. The neighbors and nearby businesses were friendly. The space is just as beautiful as the photos: spacious, with a lovely indoor/outdoor feel thanks to the kitchen across a small patio. No AC, but fans and open windows kept us comfortable. Some reviews mention the water pressure - while it’s not the strongest, it was totally fine for us and wasn't notably weak to us. The apt location is super convenient, and since it’s in a flat part of town, we didn’t have to hike uphill to get home! Most of all, José was incredibly responsive. We: 1) asked to check in early, 2) lost our keys, and 3) requested an extra water jug. He and his team helped with all three quickly and kindly. Though we couldn’t check in too early, they let us drop bags in a secure spot and later brought them to the apt for us. Keys were replaced within the hour. Amazing hospitality!

Archimedes was an excellent host, he explained everything that could be done around and was attentive to our needs. The Airbnb is 15 minutes from the center (walking), it has the advantage of being able to go to the center easily without having the noise of it. The Airbnb has everything you need for your stay and you can spend a relaxing time on the terrace. I definitely recommend you

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Oaxaca! The hostess was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location—close to everything we needed. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely woman who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oaxaca and would absolutely love to stay here again next time I’m in town!

Absolutely loved staying here! The space was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Well arranged apartment,on the street with not too much traffic. Good bed and storage,with a large connected TV. Kitchen equipped with everything for a stay"like at home". The accommodation is not far from the center with nearby shops including a market that offers quality products. Theapartment has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view ,it's a plus Communication with Luis Mario was impeccable, very responsive.I hope I can come back! Thank you very much. Note: nearby place to visit: Panteon San Miguel, with amazing buildings.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Excellent location! Right in the heart of Oaxaca. Surrounded by markets and excellent restaurants. It is a beautiful apartment with a cool layout with separate living and sleeping areas. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. Personally, the noise of the city is a worthwhile trade for being within walking distance to where you will likely want to go.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment that was super walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Very peaceful on weekdays, but be warned it can be loud on weekends. Don’t let that deter you, though, the place is wonderful!!

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

I had an awesome time during my vacation. The view from the jacuzzi on the rooftop is everything. The place is a short walk to the beach which is super convenient for a sunset or sunrise walk at Bocana (best experience of the trip). It has everything you could need from the kitchen, plenty of towels and very clean. There were people regularly cleaning the common areas. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the accommodation and the view, the jacuzzi was very nice and comfortable, close to many restaurants and very close to Punta de Zicatela, as well as being impeccable and everyone was very friendly! We love the kitten Tuki, she spent the afternoon of both days with us. 🩷 We would love to return without a doubt

Excellent accommodation! Highly recommended in Puerto Escondido :) Very close to Carrizalillo, the market and car rental, delighted with Clara who provided us with the instructions and allowed us to store our vehicle in the place! Highly recommended :)
