The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. The house is located in a rustic enclave of the midlands of Gran Canaria in a very quiet place, overlooking the Tirajanas ravine. It consists of 164 square meters, distributed in 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a covered terrace and another uncovered. It also has a recreation area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a rustic table. It has 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and kitchenware. It has a Smart TV.

It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

The house is situated in the middle of an old district, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana, 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest major supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
