Se encuentra ubicado en el Barrio la Alborada, un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. A dos minutos está el parque la Alborada, a pocos minutos caminando se encuentra el mercado municipal, minimarkets, tiendas de ropa, farmacias, restaurantes, mercado artesanal, el malecón y a cinco minutos se encuentra la entrada de la Playa de Tortuga Bay.

This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.
