This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

The bathroom is very spacious, the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), a 4-burner stove, a rice cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle, everything you need for your stay. The WiFi connection is very good quality, ideal for people who work online. Very safe.
