The view from this place is unbeatable! Plenty of space in the apartment, the neighborhood was great, lots of great places to eat within walking distance. I had to do some work during my stay and the place had a workstation with a view!

This was a fantastic location to stay. The entire hotel is a work of art, and the backstory of the owners makes it a really special part of local culture. Amenities were also nice, was able to get laundry done, taxis easily, and was a short walk (10 minutes) from the airport.

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at The Colon before, always safe and secure. Great pools and steps from the beach. Everything you need within walking distance. Awesome sunsets, could sit on the balcony for hours! Apartment spacious. Bring your own beach towels/sheet but bathroom towels were fluffy and lush. Walter was easy to reach and always responded. Hotel staff are Spanish speaking only so bone up on your Spanish or have Google translation handy. Looking forward to our next visit to Salinas!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. A large TV, A/C, full kitchen. I felt right at home. Bruno and Paola were quick to respond to my questions. A highly recommended place!

it is the second time I stay in this accommodation, I recommend if they have visitors to communicate earlier to avoid misunderstandings, but the truth is that Cris was luxurious, a friendly and cordial person, in any case being the second time I stayed about understanding things and lacked communication from my part, I would stay there again without thinking twice thank you very much.

The place is just as described in the listing. Carolina is very communicative and you felt welcome from the moment you were. The building is in a quiet space but at the same time within walking distance of various places of interest. Highly recommended.
