This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

Our private, bright, spacious apartment is centrally located in Puerto Ayora close to Darwin Avenue. Restaurants, shops, Darwin Station and the main passenger pier are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is equipped with wifi, large kitchen with fridge, induction stovetop and microwave, and a large common area. It is good for couples, families or small groups. There are two bedrooms with A/C and sofa beds so a family group can easily be accommodated. Patio available upstairs.
