This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

Located on the far end of one of Puerto Ayora's main streets, accessible to the road but removed enough to be isolated from the urban noise. An AC cools the suite when needed in the warmer months, and it’s screened windows are the alternative as well .

Located in a residential area only a 15-18 minute walk from downtown, it’s surrounded by grocery stores with fresh fruit and vegetables from local farms, along with restaurants with traditional flavors. Carol is an excellent communicator and always responded quickly. I had some things I needed help with during my stay, and Carol was quick and helpful in resolving them. Thank you again! The place is fantastic—I loved it! The neighborhood is quiet by Ecuador standards and feels safe. The room has everything you need and is cozy. The mattress is comfortable, and the shower has great pressure and hot water. I’m so glad I booked this place; it was perfect for my needs. Before booking, I was concerned about the basketball court noise as I’m sensitive to it. The house is right above a court used by the school in the morning and locals throughout the day. At 9 am, the school starts dance classes with music, and by 5 pm, locals have more classes. These end around 6 pm, and people play basketball until about 9 pm when it gets quiet. But when I had land sickness, it was hard to rest during the day. Since I left early and returned in the evenings, the noise didn’t bother me.

I started and ended my journey at the Galapagos here and was so happy with this place and Aaron. It’s a great spot right off the main road but not too close where there’s tons of traffic. Aaron was super helpful with recommendations, checking in and out, and taxis I didn’t have to worry about anything. There’s tons of space outside of your room it’s like a little oasis. There’s a little counter for coffee, tea and drinking water. Rooms get cleaned everyday and refreshed. The AC is great and quick when you turn it on. Sometimes I had leftovers from dinner and I could store and reheat my food which is so nice. Never had an issue with the WiFi. I would love to stay again. It was really hard to leave.

I had an excellent stay at Lorenas's place. It was exactly what I was looking for, a one bedroom unit with a private bathroom and kitchen. Location is across the stadium which could be loud at times if they are having a game but it didn't really bother me. It takes about 20min to walk to the center, the mercado is on the way where they sell great empanada and plate of tripas which are a must try! There are a few restaurants right outside the house with menu el dia. Ac, kitchen, shower all worked great and bed was comfortable. I left to another island and when returning, I stayed with her again. Lorena is kind, generous and funny! The second time, I stayed at the other listing (room inside her home). Honestly felt like I was staying at a family's home. You can also purchase ferry tickets through Lorena when traveling to the other islands. Definitely recommend! 🥰❤️
