We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

This lovely upper level 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the heart of Canyon Country. It is located less than a ten minute walk to many restaurants and the movie theater and less than ten miles to Six Flags. It is in a small condo development flanked by a private school and single family homes. The property has a pool and spa, a gym, and tennis courts. Two reserved covered parking spots are included.

Resort Oasis

This is a gorgeous 500 sq foot pool house with chef’s kitchen. Full access to pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and all the various garden areas on 1/3 of an acre. It is a large detached studio great for up to 2 guests. It’s located on a quiet cul de sac. If you’d like to have a special event or film on the property, we charge on a hourly basis depending on the number of guests and event type.

We are right across the street from the Westfields Shopping Center, great Selection of restaurants & Bars, and a Cinema. Everything is at a walking distance from the apartment, and we are close to Magic Mountain. This apartment is easily accesible as it's on the first floor.
